Anyverse Studio installation guide

Once you register to the Anyverse Platform and download the Anyverse Studio installer following the instructions sent by email, it is time to install.

First time installation

There are self guided installers for Windows and Linux. Download the one you need following the email we sent you after registration.

Before you proceed, make sure you have access to the anyverse.ai domain and in particular to artifactory.anyverse.ai. If you are behind a corporate firewall, contact your network administrator to set the appropriate exceptions to allow the full installation.

Windows

Anyverse Studio runs on windows 10 and 11, just doble click on the installer an follow the instructions. By default it install directly under the user folder.

The rest of the process is straight forward. Once finished you will have an Anyverse Studio shortcut in your desktop and you are ready to go.

Linux installation

For Linux first make sure you have all the necessary libraries installed:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y freeglut3 libxcb-xinerama0-dev libxcb-util0-dev

If you are running a desktop Linux just doble-click on the installer. If running a headless Linux you can still run the installer from the command line jsalado@DESKTOP-77M1BSA:~$ ./AnyverseStudio-Online-Installer-linux-main Provided that you are running an XServer that will take care of displaying the installer window

See that it installs as well in the user’s folder. The installation is straight forward from there. To runn it look for the Anyverse Studio shortcut in the desktop or go to the install directory and run it from the command line jsalado@DESKTOP-77M1BSA:~/AnyverseStudio$ ./AnyverseStudio

Software updates

For both operating systems, Anyverse Studio checks for updates automatically every time it starts. If there is new version with new features and fixed you will get the following message after login:

Accepting the update will automatically launch the update tool. where you the details of the update, just click ‘Next’ and ‘Update’ to apply it. You can decide to run Anyverse Studio new version upon finishing the update. You will need to login again.
