Anyverse collects personal data as part of operating our websites and when you activate and use our products or services.
When you register, create an account, submit a request, subscribe to our products, download our software or other contents or you use other features of our websites, we may collect certain personal data from you, including, but not limited, to your name, address, telephone number, company name, and job title. If you choose to make a purchase or sign up for a paid subscription service, we will ask for additional information, such as your credit card number, operated by an external, trusted, and reputed billing service, and billing address.

To access some Anyverse services, you will be asked to sign in using a single sign-on mechanism whereby you provide your e-mail address. In this case, Anyverse will not know or store any password information.

This may include simulation parameters, sensor settings, environmental conditions, or any other metadata relevant to dataset generation. We may also temporarily store the generated datasets for processing and delivery purposes, depending on your usage and service agreement. Additionally, this content may include any files or links you upload to the Services during your interaction with the platform.
The Services also include our customer support, where you may choose to submit information about a problem you’re experiencing. Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak directly with one of our representatives, or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the issue, and any supporting materials such as documentation, screenshots, or other helpful data.
We collect payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. For example, we may ask you to designate a billing contact, including name and contact details. In any case, Anyverse will retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to address any questions or issues, make improvements to our services, launch new features, and comply with applicable legal requirements. This means we may retain your personal information for a reasonable period even after you have ceased using our products or website. Once this period has ended, your personal data will be securely deleted from all Anyverse systems.
After these periods, the data may be maintained but duly blocked by Anyverse in order to keep them available to the Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor´s Office, and the Public Administrations during the applicable statute of limitations periods.

Anyverse S.L. applies the levels of security required by current European and Spanish data protection regulations, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying degrees of likelihood and severity of risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
