Frequently Asked Questions
VAIP membership is free. There are no fees to join or participate in the program. Separately, VAIP members have access to Anyverse INCABIN web application at a preferred rate for organizations that wish to produce additional synthetic data on demand beyond the program’s shared outputs.
The VAIP offers different levels of technical involvement, from active roles participating directly in program actions and technical workstreams, to an observer role for organizations that prefer to follow the program’s progress closely. Partners can change their engagement role at any point as their needs evolve. Further details on each engagement model are available upon request.
Anyverse acts as Program Manager, responsible for the program’s technical direction, coordination with the Euro NCAP VTA working group, development of the Reference Toolchain, and production of synthetic data. Anyverse does not compete with partners in the DMS/OMS development space.
The VAIP runs over three years, following an agile roadmap closely aligned with the Euro NCAP VTA working group’s evolution. Each phase builds on the previous one, from establishing the technical foundations and calibration methodology, through assessment dataset production, to final framework packaging for official laboratories. Detailed milestones are shared with partners upon onboarding.
The VAIP is designed for OEMs and Suppliers developing DMS, OMS, or CPD systems who want to be at the forefront of Euro NCAP’s shift toward synthetic data-driven assessment. This transition is already underway; organizations that build their validation foundations now will face the 2029 standard with confidence, while those that wait risk costly and disruptive late-stage adaptation.
The VAIP operates under a clear IP framework. Anyverse retains ownership of the platform, toolchain, and Reference Architecture. Synthetic datasets generated specifically for each partner are the exclusive property of that partner, with full rights to use them for internal validation, Euro NCAP assessment, or regulatory homologation without restriction.
The program operates under a strict two-tier NDA framework, backed by Anyverse’s TISAX® certification. Each partner’s proprietary inputs are fully siloed and never shared with other consortium members, and any aggregated reporting is strictly anonymized.
